The main components of the vacuum system

Vacuum pump: 1 vacuum pump, model CV-H845, DC 24V, maximum vacuum flow 40L/min, maximum vacuum pressure -85kpa

Each vacuum circle consists of:

1) The safety tank is independently designed, and the safety tank is equipped with a one-way valve to ensure long-term storage.

2) Panasonic digital display vacuum gauge is installed in front of the operator to ensure that the vacuum system status is clear at a glance

3) The digital vacuum switch detects the degree of vacuum, and the switch controls the vacuum start and end points to save energy. The preset parameters of the switch are -60kpa and pause at -70kpa.

5) Each vacuum system has a manual switch valve for manual control of "suction-closing"

6) DC-powered linear actuator for tilting glass between horizontal and vertical

7) Rotation: slewing bearing with 360-degree rotation, each 90-degree has a spring lock to hold the position

8) The device has an integrated warning unit EW0 with an audible signal. If the vacuum is lower than -60KPA, it will roar and automatically repressurize.
